Ralph L. McBee, Psy.D., Director
Dr. McBee has more than 14 years of experience working with children and teens with Autism and related disorders. As the director of the Autism Consultation and Treatment Center he oversees the clinical staff and provides training and consultations to families, organizations, and agencies. Dr. McBee is a licensed psychologist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. rmcbee@act-center.net
Heather Hinkle, M.Ed., Behavioral Consultant
Ms. Hinkle provides behavioral consultations for both our home programs and our work with Frederick County Head Start. hhinkle@act-center.net
Olivia Zucco, M.A.
Ms. Zucco is a behavioral consultant and provides functional behavioral assessments as well as other behavioral consultations for ACT Center. She also provides behavioral services with our work with Frederick County Head Start. ozucco@act-center.net
